Abbie Baker

Biography

Abbie received her B.S. in Biopsychology from UCSB in 2026, shortly after joining VIU. In her free time, you can find Abbie running by the bluffs, playing guitar, double-decker hammocking, and propagating plants. 

Research

Abbie is interested in studying the neural mechanisms of human visual perception. Using psychophysics and computational models, she hopes to understand the intricacies of both low-level and higher-order visual processing.
