Aditya Jonnalagadda

Biography

I received my undergraduate education at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, India from 2008-12 before joining the Android camera team in Qualcomm, India as a software development engineer from 2012-15. I then joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at UCSB as a graduate student, receiving my Masters degree on the way toward completion of my Ph.D. (expected to finish by Fall, 2021).

Research

My primary interests lie in the field of computer vision, with my current work investigating the effects, implementations, and potential computational benefits of foveated vision (for both humans and machines).
